Our pottery is wheel thrown and hand-built. We pride ourselves in being able to produce a variety of colors and forms. Our functional pottery is created from stoneware clays, provided by Kickwheel Pottery Supply. They range from smooth "White Hawk" to mysterious "Black Raven". Our glazing techniques range from earth tones to brilliant yellows, reds and blues. Ann specializes in tea pots and platters while Martha (Martie) specializes in bowls and mugs. However, no challenge is too much and we are continually working to improve technique and bring new items that are helpful around the house as well as unusual.
